Stage 1 Engine Tuning
STG 1 Power increased to 200BHP and 420NM of torque

*Power figures are real figures we have seen on our dyno, these numbers are sometimes less than seen on other more optimistic dynos.
Engine Tuning Features include:
- Pedal response changes.
- Hard RPM limiter.
- Vmax removal
Only early 120d models made between 2004 and 2006 are fitted with the M47 engine. Later models are fitted with the revised N47. Please ensure you know which engine you have before comitting to purchase.

STG1 Road/Comfort Transmission Tune:
This Stage 1 file helps, to cure a lot of the issues, the M47 engine is suffering from, when paired with an Automatic transmission. Your Torque Converter clutch will now grab immediately after lift of in 1st Gear. This helps economy and get's rid of the "rubber-band" feeling, when accelerating from a stop. Shift points are slightly altered to let the car downshift a little quicker on medium loads, while retaining cruising comfort.

- Raised Clutch Pressure for in-put torque
STG2 Sport Transmission Tune:
The Stage 2 Calibration shortens the shift times overall in all modes, to give you a more lively driving experience and to help keep the 20d engine in it's optimal rpm band . In manual mode, you will notice 25% shorter shift times and quicker downshifts with light blips. The Kickdown is removed in Manual mode, to put you in control.

STG3 Sport+/Track Transmission Tune:
The Stage 3 files is in M-Mode significantly faster, opposed to the Stage 2 file and also sharpens the S-Mode with shorter upshifts and automated throttle-blips on downshifts.

- Added Gear-Display in D-Mode
- Increased Torque Limiters
- Raised Clutch Pressure for in-put torque
- Reconfigured Logic, similar to M-Car
- Shift-points optimized in D
- Full Manual Mode when in M/Sport+
- DTC off and DSC off activates the fastest shifting routines
- Improved Launch Control
