2. eCommerce Sales

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us and we have been paid. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability or other unforeseen issues including incorrect pricing.

3. Workshop & Tuning Services

Our workshop and tuning services are subject to the following terms:

  • Bookings: Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment has been received and we have confirmed it with you. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur charges.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must disclose any known issues with their vehicle prior to the service.
  • Performance Gains: Tuning outcomes are tailored to individual vehicles, and results may vary. We are not liable for increased wear and tear caused by modifications.
  • Warranty Impact: Tuning or modifications may void your vehicle's manufacturer warranty. Please verify this with your manufacturer before proceeding.
  • Liability: While we take every precaution, Rival Motorsport Ltd is not liable for mechanical failures, damage, or issues resulting from modifications or tuning.

4. Payments

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. Finance options are provided by third-party providers and are subject to their approval and terms.

  • Full payment is required before dispatch or service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store payment information.

5. Warranty & Returns

Our warranty and returns terms are as follows:

  • Products: Many products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us for assistance with warranty claims.
  • Workshop Services: A limited 30-day warranty is provided for parts fitted in our workshop unless stated otherwise. Labour warranties apply to the specific work performed.

  • Providing accurate and complete information for orders and bookings.
