Description

The sub frame in these vehicles has no positive location and there is a lot of movement allowable in the bolt holes. Therefore, it is critical that subframe is not misaligned during re-installation. For this reason and for proper clearance it is critical the sub frame be in the most rearward position when torqued up. These arms are not suitable for use with vehicles fitted with an alloy subframe. Kit includes two VAG OE WHT 000785 flanged nuts to allow the part to be fitted to vehicles with alloy hubs.

Provides an increase in caster by around 1 degree, which is noticed when on track due to increasing steering effort, straight line tracking, as well as improving high speed stability & cornering effectiveness.

By eliminating the O.E style rubber bushing, these arms have been optimised for longevity, durability and performance, without any unwanted NVH. Designed not just as a repair solution but as an upgrade!
