AIRTEC Intercooler Kits are designed to replace the factory intercooler, reduce air charge temperatures as well as keeping temperatures as low as possible in both fast road and track conditions.
Features RS Spec intercooler air scoop with 2.50"/63.50mm intercooler ports.
Perfect for applications running 500BHP+ as well as those running a big turbo conversion.
This kit includes AIRTEC's 2.50"/63.50mm Alloy Boost Pipe Upgrade Kit with or without the symposer take off, which replaces the restrictive OEM 2.00"/50.80mm factory pipework with larger internal diameter pipework, increasing power and reducing lag.
Low air temperatures result to a increase in power.
Instructions and mounting hardware included.
Choice of Natural Silver or Pro-Series Black intercooler.
Intercooler is available with or without an "AIRTEC" logo.

Please note that the pre-facelift Ford Focus ST MK2 has a different radiator compared to the facelift Ford Focus ST MK2 & Ford Focus RS MK2 and because of this, it makes the left hand intercooler pipe (Inlet side) very tight against the radiator cradle & boost hose. AIRTEC recommend removing the radiator cradle bolt, levering the cradle to the right, re-drilling a new hole & then refitting the bolt. It's very simple & easy to do, and is necessary to give extra clearance for the bigger 2.50"/63.50mm pipework. If not happy with the above process, AIRTEC then recommend installing a RS radiator, as they allow the cold side hose to fit snug with no modification required.
